Hi,
I am having problem with my DG45ID board. I configured the BIOS for RAID and used the raid menu to set up a raid5 array, initially. But now I can not get past the raid BIOS. After the ctrl i option the boot process just stops with the cursor flashing and nothing happens, left the computer on for ours. I can not enter the boards BIOS to switch of the raid again the reset BIOS option does not work and I can not use the recovery BIOS option either, i find myself always stuck after the raid BIOS set up option. What to do??

clear the bios settings by removing the battery. read the documentation for your board.
Hi Nico,
I have tried that, unplugged the power removed the CMOS battery and short-circuit the terminal 2 and 3, left this for 24 hours but no luck. Also tried the BIOS recovering tool and it just, with all the terminals free. and nothing happens.
Any other suggestions?
The problem here is the HDMI link to your TV, The RAID ROM messes it up, the solution for me here was to disable raid in the bios (yes this requires you reinstall your os if you already have, ans you lose all your files....), and then (because that screen never shows up) everything worked great.
Intel should really make a BIOS fix for this problem.
Hello!
The RAID BIOS screen definitely seems to be the problem with the HDMI port locking up. This still happens even in the latest BIOS (127).
Is there any word from Intel when this will be fixed?
