Grateful for any help in recovering from bad BIOS flash upgrade

My Sony Vaio VGN FE31Z is not showing any display after a BIOS flash upgrade. I do have the .wph file but need to convert it to bin for my laptop repair people to reflash after removing the BIOS ROM and using a EEPROM programmer. Can anyone guide me on how to edit a .wph to save as bin. I am told this is possible using a Phoenix BIOS Editor.

Or is there anyway I can get hold of a WinCris.exe (Crisis recovery disk) and get my laptop to boot from USB Floppy to reflash. I believe there are some key combinations ( Fn+B or WIndows +B) which when pressed on power on, allows me to boot from floppy.

My notebook is useless if I cant recover from this bad flash upgrade. Hope I can get some help.

Thanks
