VT Support for Sony Vaio CS120J

I ask your help to enable visualição my laptop to use Windows 7 and the virtual pc for xp mode.
I attach a description of my note

The CPU supports VT, I'm not sure if Sony enable it in the BIOS, you'd have to check.

Do not have the option in the BIOS the only way would be to update the BIOS. 

But not know how to do this

There are instructions on how to perform the upgrade as well, you should print these and the follow the instructions.
