Upgrade Laptop processors

I have in my laptop Asus F3Sr intel core 2 duo mobile processors T5450,Socket PGA478.

I want upgrade my procesor and i buy intel core 2 duo mobile processors T5600.

These two processors supports Socket PGA478. the second processor T5600 doesn't go apply onto Socket.Why?In specifications is supported Socket PBGA479, PPGA478.

How can I finds which processors can I use to Upgrade my Laptop?

The T5450 is uFCPGA (Socket P) and the T5600 is uFCPGA (Socket M) according to the infomation at http://ark.intel.com/

 

The T5550 is the Socket P version of the T5600, from the above website.
