Itanium or X5500 series for Oracle DB

I am specking out a server for oracle database. My question - what is faster for Oracle database tier:

2 socket x 2 core Itanium 9000 processors

vs

2 socket x 2 core E5502 Nehalm processors

vs

1 socket x 4 core W5500 Nehalm processor?

From TPC-C I found the following tpmC results.

HP ProLiant ML350 G6 (single E5520) = 232002

HP ProLiant DL370 G6 (Dual X5570) = 631766

HP Intergrity RX6600 (Dual 9050) = 230569
