I can't get my vPro to work

When I get into intel ME (bios) after entering the password,

It asks me to make a new defult password, but when I do the password is rejected.

It won't let me do anything except make a password or leave, please help

You need type strong password to meet the minimum requirement, 8 or above characters, uppercase, lowercase, number and non-alphanumeric combination.

try taking the battery out for ten seconds this should reset it.
