Can you try with the other methods? You have tried with the Express Method, could be there is a problem with the download file package. Sometimes this does happen.
Try with the other methods either Recovery method or iFlash method or ISO method.

Just for your information, most of the time when you get a motherboard, it will come with factory bios, which may not always be available to download. In such situation, if you updated the bios then there is no way to go back to the same factory bios that you were having.
If the the bios update by the express update is not working, then you should try by the other methods. There are the Recovery method, the iflash method and the ISO method. I am sure one of this method should work.
Refer to the links I have given you to download the bios file/package corresponding to the method that you chose. Also from the same link you will find the read me file that will explain how to update bios by each method.
