You don't have to worry about the 'chirp'. it's nothing serious.

The POST codes that you are getting is related to the detections and initialisations of removable/fixed bootable media (such as hard drives) and also initialisation of the keyboard.

Are you using any wireless keyboard/mouse? If yes, can you try with a normal wired keyboard/mouse.

Prior to the bios update, were you having the same problem? If not, please can you try to clear the CMOS by removing the motherboard battery and power supply and put them back after about half an hour. If issue remains, remove every components from the system. Leave only processor (and its heatsink), power supply, memory, graphics card, monitor and keyboard connected to the motherboard.

Power up the system and see if you get the post codes again. Then try to update the bios again but this time use the recovery method. It is very easy. Download the bios recovery file and put the file onto an EMPTY non-bootable usb key/pen drive. Note it should be a normal usb pen drive and the downloaded file should be the only file on the usb. You can also use an empty cd rom if you do not have an empty usb pen drive available. Put the usb or cd in the system and power off the system. Power off the system, remove the bios configuration jumper and they power on the system. The BIOS recovery should start automatically and it will prompt you to shut down the system and put the jumper back to the normal position when the recovery is finished.
