There is a possibility that the built in adapter on the TV has trouble indeed with the updated Intel(R) wireless Display software you may try downloading a previous version of the software, and uninstalling the current one, (first uninstall the current software from control panel/uninstall a program) see the link below for the Intel(R) Wireless Display software that you may test:
