Hello, newbie here 
I had an old Dell Dimension 3100 in which I had the system running on an old IDE-disk . I had two 1tb sata disks in RAID 1 on which i had all my storage. The mobo on the 3100 died. So I moved the Disks in to an DImension 8400.
My problem is that I can't access the info on the disks. I cannot see the raid-volume in the explorer. I can see the member disks in the Intel Matrix Storage manager.
Can I just reset the disks to non-raid or will I loose the info on them?

Being this a RAID 1, yes you can break the RAID 1 and the data will still be available on each drive as a carbon copy.
You may also check the volume in the disk Management of the operating system to see how it is being reported there.
