Intel 82579V Gigabit Network Connection (Help)

I have bought a motherboard DZ68DB with a Lan network 82579V and when I installed the last driver released (PROWin7_64_v17.3) or the driver of the desktopboard cd I got a few of problems. My LAN network works fine when I reset my computer but if I shutdown my computer and windows starts again it appears without a connection. Just it works fine if I reset my computer, but if I shutdown I lost it.

My microprocessor is an intel i7 3770k.

How I could fix this issue?

I really do not understand why INTEL release desktopboards without proper operation.
