High Definition Audio and Yamaha RX-V363?

Does Yamaha RX-V363 receiver support 6ch Dolby and DTS in configuration where PC (Intel® Desktop Board DH77DF) sound is connected to amplifier via optical cable, and which transmitts the sound using "Intel® High Definition Audio Specification"?

PC would play BluRay and mkv video content using ArcSoft TotalMedia Theatre 5.
