I had read through the documentation and done extensive searches before I posted. ( Why post an already answered question? ). I downloaded all of the PDF's referring to the 83579LM from the site you sent the link for. There is NO reference to the Windows registry or any other way to manage the card, Not even any reference for the driver settings where it can be turned off. Only technical specification of what the card does after it has a received status packets. If there is a Windows 7 software guide that has instructions regarding controlling the cad through either the command line or registry that would be ideal.
