Vostro 200  compatible with Intel Pentium D processor?

I am looking for a processor but im unsure if the one i want is compatible with my motherboard.

My computer is a Vostro 200  my mother board chipset is P35/ G33/ G31. My BIOS is updated to 1.0.16

my processor,   in a LGA775 socket

Intel® Pentium® Processor E2140 (1M Cache, 1.60 GHz, 800 MHz FSB)

I have 1 Gb of RAM DDR2

This is the processor i am looking forward to buy Intel® Pentium® D Processor 830 (2M Cache, 3.00 GHz, 800 MHz FSB)
