I bought a S1200BTLR recently, and I'm trying to use NIC2 for BMC/IPMI traffic. According to the manual I need to "use the ―Write LAN Channel Port OEM IPMI command", but I have no idea how

If i use the command mentioned in the last post the result is:
ipmiutil ver 2.84

This is a test tool to compose IPMI commands.
Do not use without knowledge of the IPMI specification.

I'm using user root, which has full administrative rights to the bmc. How can I change the BMC/IPMI to NIC2?s1200
From what I know, on S1200BTL you can use only NIC1 or RMM4 to communicate with the BMC. NIC2 is not physically wired to BMC.
That would be quite unfortunate, because I can't use NIC2 with my OS (VMware ESXi), so it would be ideal for BMC traffic separation. Maybe the manual should be updated, because it clearly states that NIC2 can be used for BMC.
I see... Which manual states NIC2 can be used for BMC? Let me double check that.

Integrated BMC Embedded LAN Channel
The Integrated BMC hardware includes two dedicated 1000M network interfaces.
Interface 1: This interface is available from either of the available NIC ports in system that can
be shared with the host. Only one NIC may be enabled for management traffic at any time. To
change the NIC enabled for management traffic, please use the ―Write LAN Channel Port‖
OEM IPMI command. The default active interface is port 1 (NIC1).
Interface 2: This interface is available from the optional RMM4 which is a dedicated
management NIC that is not shared with the host."
