Will PCe Gen 2 card enjoy all the benefits of E5 Integrated IO ?

I ordered Dell with e5-1410 and I also have 10Gbe card which says:

PCIe x8 Gen 2.0 compliant (PCIe Gen 3.0 compatible)

@ 5.0 GT/s for full, 40 Gbps bi-directional bandwidth

Will the Integrated IO work for this card?

The processor in question is capable of running the specifications indicated. Feel free reviewing your processor data sheets for confirmation purposes, specifically page 13: Intel® Xeon® Processor E5-1600/2600/4600: Datasheet Vol 1

Thank you. I just didnt think I could use E5-2600 data sheets...
