I just need to confirm if I have understood the information provided on the DH61BE processor compatibility section.
My board serial number is: BTBE115001QZ
The Altered Assembly number is: AA G14062 - 204
I wanted to know if there is any possibility of fitting one of the new 3rd generation Core i5 Ivy Bridge CPU's
On looking at the compatibility site, it looks like although I could download the revised BIOS and risk flashing my system; however there is still an issue with the Altered Assembly number. It shows the minimum AA number as G14062 - 206.
Does this mean that my board cannot support a 3rd generation Core i5?
