I tried the method specified in document given but unfortunately I do not see an improvement in the memory being allocated. I successfully booted the system with 24 and then later tried 12 cores but there was no change in the memory available. It remained on 64k. I also have caused some kind of fatal exception in the system which is because I tried booting more cores than I had specified in the linux.mt file. Can you please check the marc037 system and confirm whether the memory allocation actually increases or not.
I am looking into increasing memory per core by not using 24 cores. I found this thread. Were you able to get more memory per core without having the SCC hang? Was Ted able to confirm the memory allocation increased?
