I'm a noob so pardon me for asking what must be a silly question.
Will disabling C1E affect the lifespan of my SB-E CPU? I've been reading up on this on a couple
of tech sites -- and even asked some of my more knowledgeable buddies about it. The consensus
appears to be no. Or at least not in real-world terms.
I have mine on auto/enabled in the BIOS, but am really curious as to how C1E affects -- say -- the
memory controller on SB-E chips.
