Some additional information from GPU-Z, it does look like their is some issue with the nVidia cards. I don't know if its the nVidia drivers or the Intel motherboard drivers. The clocks for the nVidia cards show 0? Anyone got a clue as to what is wrong?
I've update the board's BIOS to R0101
I've updated the nVidia drivers.
Tried three different monitors.
Still no video out from the addon graphics cards.
Please. Please Please.
Does anyone from Intel know how to fix this?

I must be missing something. When I open up that document on page 58 it does list one of the cards that I have plugged in.
Seems like your ES1000 drivers installed incorrectly, the name of onboard videocard must be also ES1000, not standard VGA graphics adapter. To use more than one videoboard in Win7 they all must have XPDM type or all must have WDDM type of drivers. You cannot mix XPDM & WDDM drivers at same time, the only card that work will be one with XPDM drivers, and this is likely your case.
OK, that's a start. I went to Wikipedia and read up on the difference between XPDM and WDDM.
It appears that there is no WDDM driver for the ES1000/Radeon 7000. ATI stopped supporting these.
So is there a way to completely disable the onboard graphics and use an add in graphics card?
Or am I completely out of luck?
This is because it seems that the driver for the embedded ATI ES1000 takes priority over the WDDM for the nVidia card.
So this won't work.
