The Intel support site for your DH67BL shows if your board can handle the 3770k or not. Their is a detailed overview on that page which BIOS version you need and how to upgrade (it depends on several factors).
You may want to check the review sites if the 3770k is worth the upgrade if you already have the 2700k CPU. The GPU in the 3770k is indeed much faster, but only interesting if your are planning to use it.
