Please, I do not understanding.

I just bought, about 3 weeks the DZ68BC  and right now I checked the version:

The version of my mobo Intel is G30742-401 ,  So...I not build the computer yet.

What should I do?

exchange the motherboard or update the bios for the version #28 ??

I am so worried and scared here after read so many issues about this mobo.

Please, I am not expert about this and I always used intel products and never had problem before. What should I do?

Just build the computer, all of this issues will pass its good to know now if you have any issues than wait till its too late, and do not update bios to 0035 in paticuler i think the other bioses are fine.

The power issue is apparently due to some Power Supply Units not meeting speciffications

I had this issue but tried a Huntkey 550W Green Power PSU and works with no problem at all, tho i still use my PSU which has a problem with the mobo sometimes when starting up but i realised when the mobo is off when i power on the PSU power button then power on the mobo works just fine but when i shut own the mobo through windows then try switching back on it wont start til i completely switch off the power on the PSU then switch it back on like after 3 sec and when i power on the mobo it starts up just fine.

The PSU i am using currently with the apparent problem is FSP Everest 600W 80Plus Partly moduler PSU, but note

Huntkey 550W Green Power and other PSU appear to work just fine, i think and hope eventualy the PSU problem will be fixed through bios update and i have made an order for Seasonic X660 i think it will work well, i needed a PSU change anyway so till it arives i will keep on using the FSP Everest 600W PSU that works well with other mobos i have but slight hitch with the DZ68BC

Download EXE or BIO they are the easiest to use, the exe you can run via windows then it will shut down the machine and do all the magic, do not interrupt it will shut down and start it self up then it will update. I personaly pref the BIO, you download it place it in a usb stick then shut down pc plug the usb then power on pc then when the post buttons appear press the F7 then it will give you an option to select the usb stick in the usb stick sellect the BIO file then it will start the update process.
