When ever I attempt to launch the program it hangs on the launcher and then I recieve an error msg stating "Failed to connect to an IPC Port: The system cannot find the file specified." I did contact the live support twice with no solution as one agent told me that she had never seen this error before.
Did you try removing the program and reinstalling from a new download?

Windows 7 64.
All drivers are current and Bios is latest.
