2100 error message

Can you tell me what Operating System are you using?

Now, if you are having issues running the "Intel® Driver Update Utility", follow the steps below:

1. Download the ActiveX*/Java* installer from this URL: http://content.systemrequirementslab.com.s3.amazonaws.com/global/bin/intel_srldetect_4.5.5.0.msi to install the ActiveX/Java component manually.
2. Click Run.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions. When the installation is complete, the progress bar and installation box will disappear.
4. Click Close to exit this dialog box.
5. Click Check your system for the latest updates to run the Intel® Driver Update Utility again.

Have you also tried removing the "Intel(R) Proset Wireless" completelly from the system?
