No work install becouse he say "A newe version of Interl(R) PROSet/Wireless Software for Bluetooth(R) Technology is already installed. Setup will no exit."

Have you tried going into Device Manager and disabling the device , Than try uninstalling the software. Sometimes software will not uninstall when it is in use. But be sure to have the new program on your desktop ready to install.
