Hello,
In order to get the latest update for Angry Birds Rio* that include the level 'the Smugglers' Plane' please follow these steps
1.Close Intel AppUp(SM) center
2.End task on the ismagent.exe process. Instructions on how to do this can be found here:

3.Re-open Intel AppUp(SM) center
4.Select Angry Birds Rio and click on Options | Uninstall and follow the uninstall procedure. ( Please note that if you uninstall the application you won't lose the game progress)
5.Once Angry Birds Rio is uninstalled, close and re-open Intel AppUp(SM) center
6.Go to "My Apps" and then click "Download" under Angry Birds Rio
7.Follow the installation process instructions for Angry Birds Rio (This will install the most current version of Angry Birds Rio that includes the update)

Thank you for your reply. I have printed your instructions and uninstalled Angry Birds Rio and installed again.
But Level 12 still says "Coming Soon."
I have actually done this twice to ensure it was correct, but Level 12 does not install..??
So I have to ask, is Level 12 available to PC users yet?

We will have those additional levels as soon Rovio* (which is the developer for Angry Birds Rio* ) release them for the Intel AppUp(SM) center. Please note that the Angry Birds* application is not written or developed by Intel*. The Angry Birds* and Angry Birds Seasons* applications are developed by Rovio* (http://www.rovio.com/).
