One of the services isn't starting properly. If you check your Windows Event Viewer, does it show any Services failing to start?
I found an article http://www.intel.com/support/motherboards/server/sb/CS-029477.htm that is somewhat related. I also found a thread I replied to a couple years back at http://communities.intel.com/thread/14375, but it had to do with CentOS, not Windows.
http://communities.intel.com/message/106011 references a different type of error message, but gives us another place to investigate.
The Web console I have installed localy on the server and complete version (not client only). Event log is clear and all services which should start automatically are running. Conected services to web console I found only one - MRMonitor and it is running.
What can be wrong?

Nothing comes to mind. I would suggest contacting Intel technical support, as the next step.
I experienced this exact same problem with SBS 2011 on a verified Intel server board. First I went and uninstalled and then reinstalled Raid Web Console2 (complete installation) but still no joy. Then I uninstalled and installed an earlier version of Raid Web Console2 and still no luck. All services were running and started so my last kick at this was to go into 'Services' and manually 'Restart' the 'MRMonitor' service. Once I did this, the 'Configure Alerts' feature worked. Hopefully this helps some others that are having the same issue.
