You need to contact the motherboard manufacturer and ask them to provide you a list of fully supported processors for your motherboard.
Keep in mind that the compatibility between Intel processors and any third party motherboard is determined by the motherboard manufacturer.
Personally I believe that your motherboard will not support that processor, sine that type of motherboards were released before the Intel Core processors.
