Hello.
I'm using some X25-Vs for my subsystems and my family's.
But I found that I can't run SSD optimizer on some of them.
All my SSDs' firmwares are up to date, and I tried all the versions of Toolbox(1.1, 2.02, 3.0).
On AMD 780G system, it works well.
On AMD XPRESS system, it doesn't work!
All systems are on IDE mode (not AHCI), and using Windows XP Professional SP3.
I want to do it work well without changing my systems' hardware or OS.
- It stops optimizing about 5% and shows error code (40).
Are there anybody can solve this problem?
I have the same problem but with 510 Series 120GB on Toolbox 3.0. SSD Optimizer worked fine on SSD Toolbox 2.02.
Error: The Intel SSD Optimizer encountered an error (35). Reboot and try again.
I have reinstalled the Intel SSD Toolbox 3.0 but still have the problem.
My firmware version: PPG4
OS: Windows 7 x64
CPU: i7 2600K
Mobo: Asus Maximus 4 Extreme
3.0 is not working for me either
The same here, but code number is 35.
MB: Intel DH57JG
SSD: X-25M G2 80 GB
Windows 7-64 Ultimate
Latest BIOS, firmware and drivers&updates
All another tests disk pass ok.
Can't see any related errors in Event Viewer.
try disabling this option - "compress this drive to save disk space" found in your SSD disk properties
Thanks man, it realy worked ![]()
So.... is this going to be fixed so I can use compression? The last version works, don't you test software before it is released?
So, are there any plans to address this bug/problem?
Hi Nux, from what i know, this should be fixed in the upcoming toolbox release, please stay tune =)
