DP55KG + 4GB DIMMs = fail.  Bad board?

I have a DP55KG which has been working well with 4x2GB DIMMs (2 sets of Kingston KVR1333D3N9K2/4G) for about 2 years.  I bought 2 pairs of 4GB DIMMs (Kingston KVR1333D3N9K2/8G) and tried installing them in this system.  I've tried installing all 4 of the 4GB DIMMs together and have tried each pair separately.  In each case, memtest86+ fails.  The memory works fine in one of my other systems.  All settings on the DP55KG are stock and I'm running the current BIOS.  Is there anything else I should try before deciding the motherboard is the problem?
