D525MW - BIOS menus do not display properly

Try to clear the CMOS battery (it holds the BIOS information), after that the BIOS settings should go to default.

1)      Turn the PC off and unplug the power cable from the power supply.

2)      Use only basic configuration. No hard drive, not CD, only one memory sticks on the DIMM closer to the processor.

3)      Carefully, take the battery out from the board, wait 10 minutes and then put it back in the same position.

4)      Check the system has only basic configuration, the problem could be related with an incompatibility with other part in the board.

Try the BIOS recovery method to update the BIOS one more time (use same version). You can get the BIOS file from the following link:

Thanks for the information. In that case, we already tried all possible work around and not good results. We might be facing a defective BIOS chipset here. I suggest to RMA the board with the place of purchase or retail store.
