Hi guys i'm quite new to this. I've been quite lucky in the past could always sort out an issue.
My Problem.
I recently upgraded to a new pc which i put together myself. I'm having a problem getting the driver for the SM Bus Controller installed. I'm running a Intel series 5 DH55TC motherbord with an i3 chip on Windows XP Proffesional 32 bit. I've tried alomost all the drivers on the intel site with no luck. I really dont know what else to try. Please help been searching for more than a week. If you need any more info just ask.
Thanks in Advance.
Hello,
Please provide a screenshot of the hardware ids and device ids from the device manager.
Have you tried the latest chipset driver?

Try to extract it and install the unknown device manager manually.
All the best,
Kind Regards,
Aryan.
Here is the link which tells you how to extract the chipset driver file
I've tried both ways but i could not get the files extracted. There is nothing in my temp file and using run does not work maybe i am doing something wrong. If there is anything else i could try let me know please.
Thanks
