64-Bit Hardware for Graphic Application?

Hi,

Greetings for the day,

I want to purchase a 64 bit motherboard but having seen a long list of motherboard i got confused, thus I need your help me to choose the best product according to my need;

Now i need such a hardware(motherboard/processor/ram)which can be used with almost graphic applications(with Microsoft OS like XP / Windows7), More ever I want to install some Server Operating system like Windows Server 2008(64bit)with hyper-v & some VMWare product not in production ..but for my learning propose,

Thus Kindly advice the best available product(motherboard) which can fulfill my need,

A good place to start is http://www.intel.com/consumer/products/processors/compare-processors.htm - once you find the processor you want, you can find a compatible Intel motherboard to go with it.

Okay...i have found 2-3 processors fulfing my needs but now kindly advice how can i see the list of compatable Mboards for them...

i have selected below two Processor:

Processor Number
i5-2390T i7-2600S

I need to know the supported motherboard list,

http://ark.intel.com/Product.aspx?id=53448 and http://ark.intel.com/Product.aspx?id=52215 have the compatibility lists. The only compatible products from Intel right now are chipsets, so they haven't produced an Intel-branded motherboard for it yet, looks like.

I finally decided to buy:-

1.Intel® Desktop Board DQ67SW
2.Intel® Core™ i7-2600 Processor
(8M Cache, 3.40 GHz)

Now pls suggest me will i be able to install:-

MS Server 2008 / 2010 = Physically & Vertually
MS Exchange Server 2007 / 2010 = Physically & Vertually
VMware vSphere / VMWare WorkStation 7
Red Hat Enterprise Linux

My Basic reason of purchasing this system is to learn all above OS in lab effectively,

Kindly advice is my selection of this Mother board & Processor correct,
