I understand that you are having problems signing in to Intel AppUp(SM) center.
What I recommend you is to ensure that your computer has access to the Internet. Please check these documents for more troubleshooting instructions:
If the issue persists, please send us an email including your contact email address (the one you entered when signed up).
To send us an email from AppUp, you can select the Help menu and then select Contact Support. From the AppUp community you can select the “Send An Email” link from the Actions menu in the upper left.
