I am not a RAID expert, but from what you have it appears the CMDTOOL2 is seeing more than one raid in the system.
Since the flash command is aALL it try's and fails to update the Intel Embedded Server RAID Technology II rather than the SRCSAS144E
if I am reading the help file right, CmdTool2 -AdpAllInfo -aALL should display all the info an all the adapters in the system so that you can use then use a direct command to the specific SRCSAS144E device (a0 or -a1 or -a2 etc...) cmdtool2 -adpfwflash -f 68_fw826.rom -aN
