Also, after a firmware update my SSD the line 09 "Power-On Hours Count" in SMART don't work. Has stopped on value 16 and doesn't change. All other lines work. Why the such has occurred? My computer:

The issue seems to be with the SATA drivers. If you require this SMART field, uninstalling your Intel RST driver seems to resolve the issue and displays the updated Power-On Hours Count value.
