now this is some problem i am facing
::
two days back i was using intel integrator assistant to update my bios now after 2 days when i try to run this software it shows me Error "This motherboard is not supported by intel integrator assistant"
whoa whoa amazing or crazy just dont know to laugh or to cry. with all the random freezes on my win 7 x64 + core i5 i am really gone mad with all the trouble shooting on my new computer
guys now this is a new problem added up to my stack of all existing problems...please help
Do a BIOS recovery , than update the BIOS without using the Integrator.
did the bios recovery with using my pen driver by remvoing the jumper from my mobo.
Still the problem exists any second thoughts (..may be with win7 x64 or some virus attack? ..i am checking up my system with microsoft security essentials but its all GREEN)
ne idea ppl @intel how can this be possible wat is its solution..Your Help would really be appriciated ![]()
Can you provide what bios version your're installing?
i installed
File name: WB0312P.BIO | Version: 0312 | ||

Thanks for the response.
Bios 0312 have some issues as reported in this thread (http://communities.intel.com/thread/18339?tstart=75). Go back to an old bios version.
In this post(http://communities.intel.com/thread/18339?tstart=75 you have indicated that you find some difficulties in downgrading your bios.....which method ( "unusual procedure" as stated by you) did you applied and on which bios did you revert back cuz your posts indicates 310 and 251 ![]()
The problem that I encounter is that you cannot use the bios update procedure again to go back to the old version. What I have done is to use maintenance mode then change some settings in bios like boot devices and boot sequence options, save settings then boot using flash drive to go back to bios 0310. Going back to a lower version than 0293 will result to a blank screen. I am able to go back to 251 after solving the blank screen problem.

I am having the same problen it sa thes mother board is not supported help
@BOYET..."maintainace mode" implies that i need to pull out jumper from my mobo and thn with the help of pen driver update (downgrade) my bios..? and
how did you solved your blank screen problem
As stated by Intel, maintenance mode is for erasing password that one forgot. But it also takes you to bios. Since you are in the bios you can also change the settings before exiting. Yes you need to change the config jumper for this to work. This is what I call an unusual procedure.
As to the blank screen here is what I have reported in another thread:
" Here is an update of the problem. 312 do not produce the usual beep when you boot the computer. So going back to 310 is not a problem to my system. However, flashing back to 293 or below will result to a blank screen. A blinking cursor at the top left portion of the screen is the only activity you'll observed. Using F2 to go into bios does not work. Installing a fresh OS will not work. Booting with the DVD/CD drive and usb also will not work. I have investigated on the blank screen, the F2, the HD, and the boot problem and have solve it by using a blank HD and installing a new OS. I replaced the existing one with the new one and install a fresh new OS. Now it is fully working and I can go back to older bios version (I'm using 251 now). It would seem that something changed the bios so that it cannot locate the boot sector of the old HD, and other drives so that it will result to a blank screen."
Again I consider this to be an unusual procedure.

Strange... very strange... my mobo was with the same problem after the last update bios.
I think it´s a problem with this software.
I have a DX58SO2 with the last version of IIA software (it was working on the last bios version).
What´s happen INTEL ????
Did anyone tried with the new bios??
i had the same issue and found out a solution
if you have intel desktop utilities already installed then uninstall it , restart your computer and then install again , it will ask for a restart , do restart one more time and it will be fine integrator Assistant will work fine now and so do desktop utilities.
