This stuff is designed to last for years , I don't think just because it's alittle beyond the experation date that it would be no good . But again I don't use intel CPU paste anyway , I use Antec 5 silver. It's cheap $10.00 and does a better job , I have tried serval brands on some high watt CPUs and the Antec seems to work best .
