I'd like to know if there is - or if it's even possible to be - any incompatibility between my DG31PR motherboard and a NVIDIA GeForce GT 220 graphics card.
I had some graphics trouble and my tech guy told me it was an incompatibility between those. We switched my motherboard and the problem went away, but I'm still not convinced that was it. I'm an experienced PC user and I've never heard about that sort of conflict.
Thanks!

Try downloading a fresh driver and running that. A clean OS install may be needed.
I already tried both of those things, but they didn't work.
I'm still at a loss here.
Thanks
It should not be compatibility so if the card works in the other board it may be the slot or retention latch is damaged. Another card won't help in that case.
