How to Recover a RAID using EASEUS Partition Recovery.
So some how your RAID breaks and it shouldn’t but it did or someone deletes your array and such...luckily there are many ways to fix your RAID or at least recover your files from it so here is another way thats easy for us from easeus and its free!

For GPT use Data Recovery Wizard
http://www.easeus.com/datarecoverywizard/free-data-recovery-software.htm
I have not tested if it works when a disk has failed for real in a redundant array when not running as degraded.
But what if your drives are not in RAID? In which case you have to delete the array and re-create it.
Note: RAID5 V1 is not part of the problem the three Internal disks are for this test in Recovery.
Select the RAID type you had in RST before (for other types of RAID controllers do it a long these lines in their software).
The Name of the array should be what you had before (should work with any name but try to keep it the same) then select the disks you had in the RAID and the size you had before. In the Advanced set the strip size you had before and do not check Initialize volume or do any Initializing just yet.
Click next and create volume.
Now run Partition Recovery for GPT skip to Data Recovery Wizard.
Select your RAID volume (in this case Disk 2) to recover and click next.
Select Search Entire Disk and click next.
Select fast and click next.
Tick the box to recover the undeleted Partition.
Wait for the green bar....................
Click Proceed and its done you can now access your files.
For GPT run Data Recovery Wizard and from the bar click Wizard > Partition Recovery
Select manual and click next.
Select your RAID volume (in this case Disk 2) to recover and click next.
Select complete and click next.
Tick the box to recover the Partition.
Wait for the green bar....................Click Proceed and its done you can now access your files.
Note: “EASEUS Partition Master only supports a GPT disk with a maximum size of 2 TB” so recovering a partition bigger then 2TB may not be possible.
…....Now if you have a redundant array and you go to verify your data you can't you have to Initialize and it is safe to do now.
As you can see data is still their for you to do this or you can backup to be sure.
(from test did in Partition Recovery the test in Data Recovery Wizard was a quick test with some files)
