Q. Why is Microsoft Windows Vista* not supported with Intel AppUp(R) center?
A. AppUp development and testing is focused on providing the best user experience for the top two most popular Microsoft Windows* operating systems (Windows XP* and Windows 7*). Since the Windows Vista* discontinuation announcement Windows XP* and Windows 7* became the top two Windows Operating systems.

Q. Do I need a specific CPU or other hardware to run the Intel AppUp(R) center?
A.Intel AppUp has been optimized to run on Ultrabooks. However, Intel AppUp(R) center and its applications are designed to run on any modern x86 architecture system.

A. To update your payment information follow these steps:
- Login to the AppUp center
- Click the "My Profile" icon on the title bar.
- Click "Manage your payment options" link under Payment Options section.
- Update your information.
- Follow the prompts.

A.To change your password follow these steps:
- Login to the AppUp center
- Click the "My Profile" icon on the title bar.
- Scroll down to "Change your password" section
- Enter your current password.
- Enter your new password

Q. How can I change my login e-mail address?
A. To change your login e-mail address please contact AppUp customer support. If the AppUp center is open click the "Support" link at the bottom right of the AppUp center window, or by clicking the Home icon on the title bar -> scrolling to the bottom -> select "Support" under the Quick Links section. You can also get support via Chat or E-Mail.

Q. How do I cancel a purchase?
A. With the release of Intel AppUp(R) center 3.6 all purchases are final. Please refer to the AppUp(R) center refund policy for more information.

Q. Why do I see a $.10 pending transaction?
A. During registration, we use a $.10 authorization to setup and test the account information. The credit card will NOT be billed and any pending fees will be released within 3-7 business days.

Q. How can I get support for the applications I have installed?
A.Support for purchased applications is provided directly by the content publisher/Developer. From within the Intel AppUp center:
- Login to your account
- Click "My Apps" from the title bar
- Locate the app you need help with
- Click "Actions" button below the application
- Select "Contact Developer" from the menu
- Choose a Category
- Enter you message
- Optional: Check the box "I would like to be contacted by the app's developer about this issue."
- Click "Send"
