How to test C-States for C1,C2(E),C4(E),C6?

Platform: Menlow with SCH

OS:Win XP Professional ,Win7 Home Basic and win7 Ultimate.

RAM:512M DDR2

Ide Hdd:Seagate 40G and Maxtor 80G
