St. Luke’s IT department manages approximately 800 desktop PCs and 800 notebooks, which are used for medical administration, patient monitoring,
hospital management, and office productivity applications. Two of the hospital’s key IT goals are to reduce power consumption and improve operational excellence by improving IT service efficiency and reducing interruptions for nurses.
