Q. Why can't I see all of my applications when signing into my Intel AppUp(R) center account from another system?
A. There are a few possible reasons for missing applications when using your account on multiple machines:
1. You may be using different operating systems (i.e. Windows XP* vs. Windows 7*). The Intel AppUp(R) center filters "Store" and "My Apps" based on the operating system supported by the application. This helps to ensure you are not installing applications which have not been validated to work with your operating system.
2. You may be expecting to see all of you applications in the main "View All" window of My Apps. By default, applications on a new system are listed in "Pending Downloads" vs. automatically being installed. This allows you to see all the applications you have purchased for the supported OS, but only install the ones you want to use on the specific system.
3. When installing the Intel AppUp(R) center on a new system and signing into an existing user account, your applications may take a few minutes to synchronize from the backend store. Keep checking your pending downloads (hint: you may need to click the "more" link to see all of you apps) until all of the apps supported by your operating system are present. You may need to restart your client if all of you applications don't synchronize with a few minutes.
