Overview:
The Intel(R) SCS RCT Setup Wizard does not require explicit installation. To use the tool, unzip all files into a folder on your computer, then double click the "SCS RCT Wizard.exe" file to start execution. The wizard will guide you through a short Q&A to determine what you want to do with the RCT. Then it will execute the RCT with the appropriate parameters, displaying descriptions of any return codes from the RCT.
