vPro: Moving or Re-associating the IntelAMT database

If you're using Intel Setup and Configuration Services (SCS), you may have noticed that the service and client configuration is stored within the IntelAMT database.  Also - that the AMTconfig windows service is the application with SCS console or similar application being the front end.

But what if you need to load AMTconfig on a different server or relocate the IntelAMT database?
