Intel Services Manager Crashed

Hi:

Purely FYI - I had a crash (it seems) for the first time today, unlike any I've seen in the past (so I thought it might be worth reporting here as I'm using the latest client).

The message basically said "We are sorry, Intel Services Manager had a problem and crashed... etc."

This occurred while I was trying to download a free app.

I did send on the crash report to Intel as requested, but was unclear if the crash report system itself crashed, and if that message got sent.

I'll report back if I see this again.

Juj

PS after this crash I was logged out of the client and am unable to restart my client - I will kill all processes and try it again.

Trouble downloading an app?

So I purchased the Doctor Who: Eternity Clock app yesterday. I've gotten to 100% downloaded twice but both times something has gone wrong and the app wasn't available to me. Now when I try to download it, it simply stays on "Downloading 0% Calculating estimated download time..." The app simply won't download.

I have tried restarting my computer and router. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Intel AppUp Center. I have also found and ended the “ismagent.exe” and "appup.exe" processes and restarted the Center. None of these things has worked.

I would really appreciate some advice on this.

Thank you!
