The ping test failure was specific to my dhcp server only. What does this failure mean?

My clients reach the dhcp server fine, apparenlty. Clients can lease addresses and release them at will and the dhcp server is always reachable from the client using ping. Wired interfaces and wireless interfaces can always get dhcp information readily so I am confused as to why the adapter diagnostics ping test fails.

Thanks,

Paul

There is some usefull information here please take the time and read.

see if you can guess what some of these genetics would be usefull for...

OPLASTIC or PLASTIC O its a fiberoptic cable...

THESLIPPYSTREAM converts fiberoptic data to Visual Information

MEMRI no drempt half forgotten memory.. hhehe its the best around

STOP what do you think that would do.. its a jumper hehe no time

                                        wait there... goes to stop then bam right on to the next...

GRAV controlable of gravity.. i think the mill is working on some of

                                        that right now....

. ok i bet your guessing what that dot is doing there.. its acidic

                                        you get some of that in there it will be scientifically artificially

                                        considered alive

SILVER .ENGLISHCALCPROTEXT thats the genetics of your processor metal you

                                        should use atleast in there somewhere... lets talk about that

                                        one... why use silver.. becase electric likes silver. the rest of

                                        it would make your text requests come through as compiled

                                        applications funtionable for application. you could send it

                                        strait to the vid card...

SCORPION scorpion is an ai.. anything in this format would be usefull for

                                        applying actions on other objects. or overseeing actions.

THEBINARYSYSTEM thebs is the best in the world for anything binary. anything

                                        related to anything of this solar system would be relevant

                                        to the BIson and Binary. The understanding of all binary related

                                        contained in the words BINARY

to compile anything for binary all you need is a simple number surrounded by curly brackets

{16} It will compile it correctly complete length of the square knowlege of the word

of the binary system that we use, not bit oriented. In other words..   TEXTPROGRAM * {16}

This should generate a lengthy representation of the word TEXTPROGRAM in binary

It is not usefull to think of binary in terms of bits and bytes..

To devlop a calc processor it is understandable as to why they said ok heres a 16bit calc.

Its the wholistic representation of a view thats significant at all of binary. in otherwords you

must have eyes of some kind to percieve anything at all of any information. the formula

180x2.14/3  (thats 180degrees * 2.14radius / remote.of.radius.)

this representation here represents a view of some kind. the radial like mathmatic

solution to that equation is horizonal of information. ok with that said lets think of information.

Im going to say any legitamate information is square thats right 4 corners and 4 sides.

a square representation of information is requred by a view... just think of the thumb theres

how many... thats right 4 fingers. its hard to understand. but in computers the binary

representation of a square piece of compiled information reads

THEPROGRAMDEVLOPMENTLANGUAGE. Also another way of governing information

is Geometrical you can govern any square which is 2dimensional. However any square could

easily mathmatically be turned into a cube with much more information than the square itself.

the abreviation for gemetrical is GEOME thats 5 letters.. so 5 represents the whole hand

of the grab and control.. hmmmm

anyway i just wanted you guys to think about genetics a little. so much can be done....

theres 2 kinds NATURAL WHOLISTIC and UNATURAL... You will be looking for

NATURAL STRANDS.. if you can get them... You will need sea shells those are G.. Genectic

they can derive things of metal at liquid state since they are in O which is what im calling

the Ocean(water). you can turn metal clear and you can genetically alter the metal..

i havn't seen any genetic altered metal.. anyway it sounded like Intel to me there...

but if your looking for something a little more down to earth... look into stacked architecture... we were getting results beyond what

we thought was fast even still.. but those damn calc based processors... those things may never grow old...

I want to list a couple of the meanings of Letters Known as Ancient Latin. ok I dont know all

of them but some..

G = means Remote Logic of O (o is water)

W = noncreational

F = Enlightenment

Z = Style

T = Logic of Left and Right

S = Logic of Remote

R = ?? FORCE, CORPORATION

P = Logic of Incorporation

E = Tri Logic (green specification)

so when you spell out the word it has a specific meaning.. hehe =) heres some more..

3 = Generative but non creational

4 = all logic is based on 4 (creational)

5 = Geometrical

One of the hardest things about this topic is coming up with a consistent definition, but a lot of folks seem to be converging on the following taxonomy: Cloud services are generally either Software as a Service (like subscribing to an online CRM service) or Infrastructure as a Service (like renting virtual machines for compute or remote storage services).

What cloud services are you using?
Can CenterBeam Managed Services Help You?

Every day I am hearing more about a recent trend in IT, Managed Services. In fact Eric Townsend discusses this in his recent blog about technology concerns for Small & Medium Business (SMB). Deciding to move to a managed service model is essentially making the decision to outsource your IT operations. This has many advantages, particularly for SMBs who would not otherwise be able to expand their IT infrastructure without large expenditures for new equipment and increased staff.

One place to find out more about managed services and to engage with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) is Intel® Business Exchange(Intel® BX). Intel® BX is a new online marketplace that is connecting SMBs with the services, solutions and software they need to meet their business priorities. One new MSP addition to Intel® BX is CenterBeam.

CenterBeam currently offers three services through Intel® BX:

PC Security and 24x& End User Support: This services including all the basic you need for PC security - anti-virus, anti-spyware, patch management - as well as 24x7x265 support from CenterBeam agents.

Hosted Exchange Messaging Services: Providing full service for Microsoft Outlook and Outlook Web Access, this includes calendaring, email and wireless PDA support.

Server & Network Management: Best-in-class tools are utilized to maximize the availability and performance of your servers & networks to improve your reliability and security.

To learn more take a look at this video overviewand if you think managed services could benefit your company then check out the Complimentary Client Environmental Analysis that CenterBeam is offering.

Whether you decide Managed Services are right for your company or not please take a minute and let me know what you think about this emerging IT trend.

Containerized Data Centers - Chat with the Experts

A server, a rack, a row, thinking outside the box for the next scalable server unit brings us to the container. The Summer 2008 Premier IT magazine features an article (Containers Everywhere link to [http://ipip.intel.com/go/containers-everywhere/|http://ipip.intel.com/go/containers-everywhere/]) about the ICE Cube, a containerized data center built by Rackable Systems. Just published on June 1, the article describes a mobile data center that can accommodate up to 1,400 servers. But that's already out of date. On Monday, Rackable announced five new ultra-dense servers, one sku built specially for the ICE Cube that will double the number of servers in the 40-ft flavor to 2,800. That's a lot of compute power in a small space! I'll do the math...2,800 servers x 2 processors each x 4 cores per processor....that's 22,400 cores in something that looks as inconspicuous as a delivery truck.

Just how inconspicuous? And how performance packed? And can you still get around inside one? Check out this interview with Conor Malone of Rackable Systems at Data Center World 2008 for a peek inside the ICE Cube. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oWJNpKx8iOU.

The article specifically calls out areas in financial services, oil & gas and government that could immediately take advantage of the ICE Cube. It seems to me that easy plug and play deployment, power and space savings, and possibly even free (environmental) cooling are benefits that extend beyond just these three verticals....where else does this solution make sense? Could containerized solutions fit into your IT strategy? What do you suppose everyone is waiting for?

Add a comment. Let us know what you think. And if you really want to get involved, there will be a live web cast on Friday (June 27th) at 2pm on TechRepublic.com - you can register here.

For more information on the new servers, here's a blog that I found on www.eweek.com: http://www.eweek.com/c/a/Infrastructure/Rackable-to-Seed-the-Cloud/

And if you're thinking about deploying containerized solutions and have some remaining questions, add them here.

In the next few years focused on the development of personal computers is the wireless technology. Wireless high-definition audio, video and network will become the standard configuration. The wireless keyboard and mouse, that can operate a computer on monitor, can also be large-screen TV or projector in the film to enjoy playing the game. At home in a reasonable position equipped with wireless audio, wireless keyboard can start playing music, wireless keyboard Can also support the operation of the functions of home appliances.

In this way, Computer case in the future is only a plug box, so that the boxes placed at home, it must be quiet, clean and personalized.

It's a home accessories, it's an adult toy.

These are the advantages of my frame:

1 Computer case is all closed, without dust, which solves most of the computer problems coursed by dust. Except hardware broken, the case needn't opening.

2 No fans, no noises, power saving and environment protection.

3 Board will not change shapes for gravity, loose for shocks, or arouse bad touch. Machines are more durable.

4 Succeeding characteristics of DIY from ATX case .Consumers can DIY freely.

5 Super functions on delivering heat, which makes it suitable to use heater CPU. Acquire pays for use of patent from other board manufacturers.

14 No fans on CPU, smaller packaging, lighter weight and lower freight.

15 Board manufacturers only need make products well, not worry about cooling or style of fans.

Among all the most famous PC newspapers and magazines, half of the computer failures are caused by dust and cooling. New frame fully defends those faults, making manufactures concentrate on the product of hardware itself, but not provide too much after-sales service.

The new frame has so many advantages, that I believe it will be soon promoted to the global market under the support of your corporation. At that time, computer consumers all over the word will change their computers to new ones contain so many advantages given above.

   Motherboard vertical view

This is the picture of the new motherboard designed by me. Though the picture is a little rough and the sizes have some faults, the main idea as been expressed. All the gold-finger slots are changed into pin sockets.

Case left side view

Case right side view

It's to transport heat from the main parts of CPU and board to the large heat sink by the side. Case is all closed, without dust. It introduced the advantage of the design detailed.

Equipment for cooling located at the side of the case, make it easy to demolition and to promote. We can design a wide range of cooling equipment for the user to choose, through the spring or magnet slot in the case side of the adsorption. If the design of the windmill made of metal, Christmas tree can cross over to place, design a swimming pool, golf course ... ... meet the needs of different consumer groups. The replacement of individual users of CPU cycles may be 4-6 years, and personalized cooling equipment replacement cycle will be fast, it is foreseeable that this is a piece of the lucrative market.

This structure has many advantages, in line with the trend of the future development of the computer and personalization. I believe it will set off the launch of a new wave of computer buying.

<p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt;

As traditional views of IT get supplanted by an overarching business technology trend, companies are investing in gaining the benefits of the next generation of computing, where resources are maximized, integrated and used to deliver business results. Saltmarch Media's Business Technology Summit ww[DOT]btsummit[DOT]com) features a convergence of intelligence on the hottest technologies on India’s business technology radar -- the ones that are not only exhibiting attributes such as cost savings, flexibility, application re-use, and faster response times, but also the ones that are charting pronounced inflection points in their evolution.

The industry's premier business technology event, held in Mumbai and Bangalore Sept. 22-26, will host sessions by Peter Coffee of Salesforce.com, Dr. Alan-Pelz Sharp of CMS Watch, Dr. Chris Harding of The Open Group, Ismael Ghalimi of Intalio, Hans De Groot of SDL Tridion, Morris Panner of OpenAir, Dr. Robert Marcus of NCOIC.org, Ravi Gururaj of VMLogix. On tap at Business Technology Summit 2008 are deep dives in SOA & Web Services, SaaS, Virtualisation and ECM, and the Expo. See the program here: http://www.btsummit.com/summitSchedule.html.

The 2008 edition of Saltmarch Media’s Business Technology (BT) Summit, centered around the theme of Riding the Workhorse IT Hockey Stick, features a convergence of four co-located tracks that have been identified as the power team for Workhorse IT -- SOA & Web Services, SaaS/PaaS, Virtualisation, Enterprise Content Management (ECM) -- offering complimentary synergistic for a robust IT infrastructure that no IT decision-maker, manager, architect, or professional can afford to ignore in their quest for business technology success.
