Intel Visual Fortran with Visual Studio

I have Visual Studio 2005 Professional Edition with Intel Visual Fortran on my machine. I have a Fortran project on my machine that is now suppose to be handed off to another group for usage. My concern is that they have Visual Studio 2005 Standard edition with Intel Visual Fortran on their machine. Will I be able to hand off my Fortran project to them or will there be issues since we had two different versions of Visual Studio? Will they be able to make changes to the code, compile, and run it?
