So each Original Equipment Manufacturer provides their own set of customized drivers to support the changes they have done to the computer. Therefore we always recommend on using the driver provided by the computer or motherboard manufacturer.

It must have been some of the files in the system32 that were corrupted that argue used by the graphics driver like

Like I said I started having problems with the Mobile Intel(R) 4 Series Express Chipset Family THREE days after I updated to it.

and when I uninstalled it all the videos worked and pictures worked. I honestly don't know what caused this. I thought it might be Direct X 9 but after I reinstalled windows and Direct X was not on the computer the pictures and videos worked.

You took way too long for you to reply to this. I waited SIX days for a reply.

honestly I don't think any of the other drivers would of fixed the computer.

HOPEFULLY this works because the graphics card is effecting A LOT OF THINGS. its like only half of it is performing.

also I thought the Microsoft .NET Framework files would be involved in this.

http://www.articlewritingclicks.com/Exe_Errors/Gfxuiexe_Has_Stopped_Working_Error_Repair_Tip.html fix this

Intel you should really fix this

like you have such a Good name IV'E NEVER had problems with something by Intel

PLEASE RESPOND to this.

edited..................................... By turning off all the acceleration, everything works a treat (except catalyst control center).

BUT I CANT do that when I try to do that I cant Lower the graphics hardware acceleration to the lowest level.

Start » Settings » Control Panel » Display » Settings » Advanced Troubleshooting

it doesn't let me it says

and now I just found out my computer won't let me VIEW PICTURES ETHER the screen is just white I just went threw all the pictures on here and none of them load

I'll try the codecs but I don't think this is going to fix them I THINK THIS is the graphics driver

when I uninstall the graphics driver everything works I can watch videos and view pictures but the the computer says Direct3D is missing since I uninstalled the graphics driver

so EVERYTHING IS POINTING to the graphics driver. how can it be the codecs?
